According to Odaily Planet Daily, Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko posted on X that the Pectra upgrade is expected to be executed on the Holesky testnet at Slot 3710976 (UTC time February 24, 21:55:12) and on the Sepolia testnet at Slot 7118848 (UTC time March 5, 07:29:36).
If the Sepolia testnet upgrade goes smoothly, developers will determine the mainnet upgrade time at the ACD meeting on March 6.
Odaily Note: Tim Beiko, head of protocol support at the Ethereum Foundation, recently updated that issues related to the mainnet upgrade will be discussed at the ACDC meeting next week, but a specific date is unlikely.

Trump to Host First White House Crypto Summit on March 7
Odaily Planet Daily reported that US President Trump will host the first White House Cryptocurrency Summit on March 7, bringing together industry leaders to discuss regulatory policies, stablecoin supervision and the potential role of Bitcoin in the US financial system.
According to an announcement on X-Platform on March 1 by David Sacks, White House special adviser for artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency, attendees will include “prominent founders, CEOs, and investors from the cryptocurrency industry,” as well as members of the President’s Digital Asset Task Force.
Sacks was appointed White House Special Advisor for Artificial Intelligence and Cryptocurrency on December 6, 2024, with the task of developing a legal framework that will give the cryptocurrency industry the clarity it needs and allow it to thrive in the United States.
It is worth noting that at least 24 states have proposed legislation related to potential Bitcoin reserves. The upcoming summit may set the tone for cryptocurrency regulation over the next four years. (Cointelegraph)
