On April 9, 2025, cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io and Inter Milan Football Club officially launched the opening ceremony and series of activities of the Football Dreams for the Future: Gate.io x Inter Vietnam Charity Program. The program is committed to building and improving sports infrastructure in schools across Vietnam, encouraging local students to actively participate in sports and grow up healthily.
After a rigorous screening, Cam Xa Primary School in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, became the first recipient of the program. The 880-square-meter modern football field built by Gate.io took 20 days to efficiently build and was fully completed at the end of March. The field uses 5 cm diamond fiber artificial turf, equipped with a 250 W LED lighting system and professional fence facilities, which completely changed the schools original simple sports field.
On the morning of April 9th, local time, Gate.io held a grand launching ceremony and donation ceremony for the Football Dreams for the Future charity event at Cam Xa Primary School. The event was filled with youthful enthusiasm, and the schools students presented a carefully choreographed performance. In the subsequent football friendly match, the schools young players competed in a friendly manner, and Gate.io awarded the best player on the spot. During the event, Inter Milan Womens Football Team sent a blessing video for this event, encouraging Vietnamese students to work hard to pursue their football dreams through the camera.
In addition, Kevin Lee, Chief Business Officer of Gate.io, delivered a speech at the ceremony, reaffirming Gate.ios commitment to social responsibility and long-term support for youth sports.
