Odaily News Flare Network posted on the X platform that starting at 3:00 am Beijing time on July 5, 2024, the FLR inflation rate will be reduced from the current 7% to 5% to achieve a more sustainable level. This change has been approved by the community (FIP.01). This adjustment will reduce the amount of newly minted FLR each year, and the long-term supply will be more scarce. Although delegation and staking rewards will be adjusted accordingly, FlareDrops will not be affected.
