Odaily News Valkyrie Investments has sold its private trust business, including Tron and Zilliqa trusts, to digital asset service platform Abra. The deal was reportedly reached in May, and Abra reached a settlement with 25 U.S. states last week. (Bloomberg) Earlier, CoinShares announced in March that it had completed the acquisition of Valkyrie Funds LLC, the investment advisory business of Valkyrie Investments Inc. In addition, CoinShares also obtained the Sponsor rights for its Bitcoin spot ETF Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund (BRRR).
