Address Encoding Format Update - CIP-37

— Modify the external address format of Conflux (starting with 0x) to make it different from the Ethereum address to avoid confusion and unexpected asset loss;

— The address binary value remains unchanged, fully compatible with the current Conflux network.

— The format of Conflux external addresses (beginning with 0x) will be modified to differentiate them from Ethereum addresses. This will help reduce confusion and unintended loss of assets.

— Realize two-way interoperability with BSC, OEC, Heco and other ecosystems;

— Expand the application scenarios of Conflux tokens on Ethereum through applications such as ShuttleFlow and Uniswap.

—Enable bi-directional interoperability between Conflux and other ecosystems like BSC, OEC and Heco.

— Improve the finality of consensus based on pledge voting. The consensus will be upgraded to "PoW + Finality" to eliminate the risk of 51% computing power attacks in extreme cases.

— Support on-chain randomness. Support more encryption and signature schemes ( Enableing other Web3 wallets like MetaMask to interact with Conflux Network).

— Finality upgrade based on staked voting. Consensus upgraded to PoW + Finality which will eliminate the possibility of 51% attacks.
