Manta Network announced a partnership with Phala Network. Phala is a project based on the Substrate framework that provides private cloud computing services for the Polkadot ecosystem through TEE. In this cooperation, the two parties will jointly create a more comprehensive Polkadot privacy ecosystem.
Mantas DeFi privacy layer allows users to encapsulate mainstream digital currency assets, such as wBTC, ETH, Polkadot and various parachain assets, into privacy tokens according to their own needs. Phala performs large-scale cloud processing of data under the condition of ensuring confidentiality. Based on Phalas TEE-blockchain hybrid architecture, developers can easily deploy and run Phala confidential smart contracts in the TEE area of the CPU.
The cooperation between Manta and Phala will provide both privacy and computability for Polkadots calculation layer and transaction layer. Manta will provide DeFi functions such as private coinage, private transfer and private transaction, and Phala will provide exchange, lending and other functions in a private environment.
