Hackathon Summary

The Boundless Hackathon @Stanford , co-hosted by Stanford Blockchain Accelerator, Nautilus Chain, Zebec and Rootz Labs, has come to a successful conclusion with 318 registered developers participating in 159 projects. The event focused on advancing the construction of Web3 infrastructure through tracks such as decentralized finance (DeFi), games, NFTs and infrastructure development.

The hackathon was supported by DoraHacks, with strategic partners such as IOBC Capital, Eclipse, and OKX Wallet also making important contributions. It is worth mentioning that Aspecta also played an active role in technical cooperation. The event ended successfully at the closing ceremony at Stanford University, and the top projects received rewards from the total prize pool of $300,000. The first prize winner received $10,000 and additional ecosystem and technical bonuses including Amazon cloud credits.

The Boundless Hackathon fostered collaboration and innovation in the blockchain community, highlighting the importance of integrating new technologies across blockchain platforms.

Hexlink : Hexlink has launched a modular account layer for Web3 that emulates the Web2 experience by leveraging existing identities for crypto transactions. It eliminates the need for seed phrases and simplifies onboarding and security by enabling modular identity authentication in decentralized applications (dApps).

Defi Board Options Exchange (DBOE) : DBOE proposes a new type of on-chain central limit order book (CLOB) combined with advanced risk management strategies. This improves market infrastructure and enhances price discovery and liquidity through a dedicated market making (DMM) system.

Nulink : Nulink integrates privacy-enhancing technology for dApps and adopts a cryptography-based consensus mechanism to achieve secure application development and ensure advanced data privacy protection.

Sub-Award Winners

Buff Network : Buff Network is a peer-to-pool derivatives trading platform that provides a user-friendly interface for efficient trade execution. Through innovative trading solutions, it increases participation in decentralized finance (DeFi).

PoseiSwap : PoseiSwap improves the interoperability between crypto-native and traditional markets by expanding the functionality of decentralized exchanges (DEXs) to support a variety of financial instruments and enable seamless exchange of DeFi and traditional financial assets.

Stanford Blockchain Accelerator

The Stanford Blockchain Accelerator is a non-dilutive program hosted by Stanford students and alumni, affiliated with the Stanford Blockchain Club student organization.
