Terra founder Do Kwon hearing postponed to April 10
Odaily Planet Daily reported that according to Protos, the hearing of Terra founder Do Kwon has been postponed for one month because the US government submitted a large amount of new evidence for review. The case status conference originally scheduled for March 10 has been postponed to April 10 by the New York District Court. The court agreed to the US governments written request to give the defense time to review a large amount of evidence. Despite the postponement of the hearing, the final trial is still scheduled for January 26, 2026.

Judge postpones sentencing of Mango Markets trader Avi Eisenberg to April 10
Odaily Planet Daily News Avraham Avi Eisenberg, who was convicted of fraud and market manipulation using Mango Markets, will be sentenced on April 10.
In a Jan. 8 filing with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), Judge Arun Subramanian adjourned Eisenberg’s sentencing hearing to April 10 at the request of Eisenberg’s attorneys. He was initially scheduled to be sentenced at a Dec. 12 hearing, which was later postponed to Feb. 11 due to a conviction in April 2024.
The Mango Markets attacker’s legal team requested a delay on Jan. 7, citing “the complexity of the case’s factual record and certain sentencing issues.” The U.S. Attorney’s Office did not oppose the change. (Cointelegraph)
Last April, a Manhattan jury in New York found cryptocurrency trader Avi Eisenberg guilty of fraud and market manipulation for stealing $110 million from the decentralized financial protocol Mango Markets in October 2022. Eisenberg was arrested in Puerto Rico in December 2022 and charged with commodity fraud, commodity manipulation, and wire fraud.
