Liminal questions WazirX allegations: only the WazirX team can execute transactions involving itself

Odaily News As the hacked WazirX undergoes debt restructuring, its digital custody partner Liminal issued a statement to address security vulnerabilities. Today, Liminal issued an update responding to WazirX's alleged disinformation campaign and clarifying its role in the incident. The statement said that although WazirX accused Liminal of causing $235 million in stolen losses in July, WazirX continued to use its digital custody services and WazirX held more than $175 million in assets on its platform. Liminal emphasized that it could not initiate transactions involving WazirX funds and said that only the WazirX team had the ability to execute such transactions. (Cointelegraph)
